Lyamungo, a village in Hai district is typical of those found in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro with subsistence agriculture farming in small-holdings as the mainstay of the community. The interface of the village is all about the open smiling people, banana and coffee plantations. The farms provide an interesting sighting. The scenery is breathtaking beautiful and accustomed local ambience is real here in the backdrop of a few traditional houses

Lyamungo village is situated between Umbwe and Machame villages home of Chagga people. Gives a chance to explore the life of people along Mountain Kilimanjaro and the coffee, banana product experience

Have a nature walk to the coffee farm plantations whereby we will get a wonderful opportunity to learn how how to prepare Coffee in local way until you get a cup of coffee .
At Lyamungo Village visit local societes, schools and local houses. this will give visitors true picture of lifestyle of people living in this village
You are welcome with Lyamungo women, they will teach you how to make pot.
Weruweru river tour
A visit to Machame gate Kilimanjaro National Park, include visit old war cave (Chagga bolt holes) waterfalls and visit to the local market on Mondays and Thursdays.
